Question 1

Where do I pick up?

Accepted Answer

All rentals are picked up from our office at 5 Main Street West in Huntsville. We have six storage locations around town, but moving equipment is handled at the Main Street office only.

Question 2

What’s the difference between the appliance cart and the platform dollies?

Accepted Answer

The appliance cart is the upright one with a strap, built for fridges, stoves, washers and anything tall you need to tip and walk. The platform dollies are flat four-wheelers for boxes, totes and furniture you slide rather than lift. The version with a handle gives you steering control, which is worth the extra fifty cents on a long carry.

Question 3

Do I need to clean it before returning?

Accepted Answer

Give it a quick shake out and a sweep off. Blankets should come back dry and free of debris, and the carts just need the wheels clear. If something got muddy or wet, let us know when you drop it off instead of folding it away wet, because a damp blanket in a stack will mildew and ruin the ones around it. We handle normal wear from a move. We only charge if something comes back soaked, torn or missing.

Question 4

Can I store with you as well?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and that’s our main business. We’ve been running mini storage in Huntsville for over 25 years across six locations with 24 hour access, and we’re members of the Canadian Self Storage Association. If your move involves a gap between places, ask about a unit when you book the gear.
